What this is

Chakra Index describes the seven centres as they are used in practice — as a map for noticing where something is stuck. Every page tries to answer one question: how would this actually show up in an ordinary week?

What this is not

Nothing here is medical advice, and no traditional correspondence between a chakra and a body part is a diagnosis. Where a claim belongs to tradition rather than evidence, the text says so.
