Throat Chakra
The fifth chakra is about saying the true thing — and it is as much about listening as about speaking.
Vishuddha means 'purification', and the throat chakra is where what is felt below becomes what is said above. It is the narrowest point in the system, which is why so much gets stuck there.
The throat is not about confidence in speaking. Plenty of fluent people have a blocked fifth chakra — they talk constantly and never say the actual thing. The diagnostic is not volume but accuracy: does what comes out match what is true underneath?
